Pesticide investment per project increases
By CnAgri2014-01-06 09:57:58 PrintIn the first 9 months of 2013, industry investment hit 29.7b Yuan, up 14.2%, including 18.79b Yuan in chemical pesticide industry, up 20.5%, and 10.96b Yuan in bio-pesticide industry, up 4.8%.
Average investment amount per project was 66.698m Yuan, up 13.9%. It was 63.467m Yuan in chemical pesticide, up 13.9% over last year and 73.07m Yuan in bio-pesticide, up 18.1% over last year. Average investment per project saw a further increase.
So far as the end of September, there were 446 projects under construction, up 0.2%, including 292 newly started projects, up 4.3%, 174 has just finished construction, down 9.8% over last year. This is mainly because there is less completion of bio-chemical pesticides, down 29.2% in September.
