Dairy Production Stood at 2.51 million Tons in July, up 8.6% YoY

In July, dairy production of companies above a designated size (annual sales more than 20 million yuan) totaled 2.51 million tons, up 8.6% YoY, of which liquid dairy products 2.38 million tons, up 9.8% YoY; milk powder 67 thousand tons, down 22% YoY.
Dairy production totaled 15.27 million tons during the first 7 months, down 0.9% YoY. Among the total production, production of liquid dairy products was 14.27 million tons, down 0.4% YoY, while production of milk powder was 547 thousand tons, down 14% YoY.
