More agrochemical companies merged in China

China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) has released the details of latest agrochemical companies’ takeovers and mergers.

Jiangsu Good Harvest-Weien Agrochemical, with registered capital of Yuan 120 million, will merge with Jiangsu Shenhua Pesticide, which has a registered capital of Yuan 20 million, forming the new company, Jiangsu Good Harvest-Weien Agrochemical.

Nanjing Suyan Kechuang Agrochemical, with registered capital of Yuan 10.2 million, will be merged into Jiangsu Pesticide Research Institute, with registered capital of Yuan 40.4 million.

All the companies involved are manufacturers of active ingredients of pesticides.
