ECHA consults on CLH proposal for spirotetramat
By CnAgri2012-09-26 19:27:42 Print ECHA invites the parties concerned to comment on a new proposal for harmonised classification and labelling (CLH) for spirotetramat, a pesticide widely used in agriculture. The proposed classification and labelling for spirotetramat are skin sensitisation, eye irritation, reproductive toxicity, and hazardous to the aquatic environment. The public consultation opens for 45 days and will end on 9 November 2012. Spirotetramat is a new, fully systemic and ambimobile insecticide particularly effective against a broad range of sucking pests. Spirotetramat from Bayer CropScience has received its first regulatory approval in Tunisia in 2007, then Bayer launched it with trademark as Movento in UK in 2009.Recommended Reports »
