TyraTech entered insecticide licensing agreement with Terminix

China Agriculture Report By CnAgri2012-09-28 17:47:30China Agriculture Report Print TyraTech, Inc., a natural life sciences company, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a trademark licensing agreement ("Licensing Agreement") with Terminix International Company ("Terminix").

Under the Licensing Agreement, TyraTech will manufacture, market and support a new line of Terminix-branded insecticide products targeting the consumer household market in the U.S. The products feature TyraTech Nature's Technology™ which utilizes synergistic combinations of natural materials to produce innovative insect control products that are highly effective and safe. Laboratory testing has shown the Company's products to be as or more effective than leading synthetic insecticides. The Company's new line of consumer insect control products will be launched nationally in the U.S. through The Home Depot in early 2013. With over 2,200 retail stores, The Home Depot is the world's largest home improvement specialty retailer.

"By integrating the power of the Terminix brand with TyraTech Nature's Technology™, we are introducing a market changing range of safe and effective household insecticide products to consumers and we expect to confirm our distribution arrangements shortly," said Alan Reade, TyraTech's Executive Chairman.
