Another Farmland Sale Record Broken in Iowa

The Land Owner newsletter reports that a 80.5 acres parcel located southwest of Boyden was sold this week by Rich Vander Werff, Vander Weff & Associates, Inc. for $21,000.
It featured 79 flat tillable acres and carried a CSR of 84.1.
