10.41 Million Tons New Sugar Produced, Sales 7.10 million Tons in 2019/20

9.02 million tons sugar had been sold during the campaign, 581,200 tons less than the 9.60 million tons in same period last campaign. The sales ratio had been 86.62%, 2.62 percentage points lower than the 89.24% in same period last campaign. China had sold 7.74 million tons cane sugar till the end of August in 2019/20, 628,300 tons less than the 8.37 million tons in last campaign. The sales ratio had been 85.81%, 2.81 percentage points less than the 88.62% in the same period last campaign. It had sold 1.28 million tons beet sugar till the end of August , 47,100 tons less than the 1.23 million tons, the sales ratio had been 91.89%, 1.82 percentage point less than the 93.71% in the same period last campaign.
