l On December 13, the first China-Europe freight train to Qinghai Province arrived in Xining City. The train left Russia from Krasnoyarsk Station, covering about 5,700 kilometers, and took 15 days to China, with 60 containers and 2,300 cubic meters of wood.
l On December 20, 2019, the production line of Tiantan Wood with an annual output of 250,000 cubic meters of chipboard successfully passed trial run. The project is located in Caofeidian Cooperative Development Demonstration Zone, covering an area of about 700 mu, with a total investment of about 1.9 billion yuan. Meanwhile, another medium (high) density fiberboard production line with an annual output of 250,000 cubic meters has also been established. 
l On 30^th December, Nature Home Furnishing announced its plan on acquisition of Baltic Wood S.A, which is expected to cost no more than 18,662,000 EUR (including the first payment, the second payment and the extra cost). The target company mainly produces and sells flooring products in Europe and Asia. It has a production plant in Jaso, Poland, which mainly produces composite flooring with the output of about 1.6 million square meters per year.
