1.1 Corn Prices Averaged at RMB 1,891/MT, down RMB 2/MT from Last Week

This week, corn prices fluctuated slightly, and the average price of corn was RMB 1,891/MT, down RMB 2/MT from last week. Of which,   
 
The corn price in the northeast averaged at RMB 1,740/MT, up RMB 4/MT from last week; the price averaged at RMB 1,970/MT in North China and the Yellow River and Huai River areas, down RMB 9/MT from last week and the price averaged at RMB 2,036/MT in the consuming regions, down RMB 2/MT from last week.
 

1.2 Corn Starch Prices Maintained at RMB 2,493/MT

The corn starch quotations stabilized this week. The price averaged at RMB 2,493/MT, same as last week.
 
Of which, corn starch prices in the northeast averaged at RMB 2,265/MT, corn starch prices in the North China and Huang-Huai Region averaged at RMB 2,408/MT, and corn starch prices in southern consuming areas averaged at RMB 2,576/MT, all stable with last week.
 

1.3 DDGS Prices Recorded RMB 1,840/MT, down RMB 1/MT from Last Week

This week, DDGS quotations kept stable with some slight declines. Homemade DDGS prices averaged at RMB 1,840/MT, down RMB 1/MT from last week.
 

1.4 All Meal Prices Went down

This week, all the domestic meal prices decreased, of which, the decline in soybean meal prices was obvious.  
 
This week, national soybean meal prices averaged at RMB 2,933/MT, down RMB 72/MT or 2.4% from last week.
 
This week, the rapeseed meal prices averaged at RMB 2,306/MT, down RMB 10/MT or 0.4% from last week.
 
This week, the cottonseed meal prices averaged at RMB 2,707/MT, down RMB 5/MT or 0.2% from last week.
 

1.5 Quotations of Fishmeal Increased Sharply

This week, Peru’s fish meal futures prices ascended and CNF reached 1,550 US dollars/MT, 150 US dollars/MT higher than last week. All kinds of imported fish meal prices increased sharply.
 
This week, the prices of SD65% fishmeal in the main ports were RMB 9,600/MT, up RMB 490/MT or 5.4% from last week; the price of SD68% super fishmeal in the main ports averaged at RMB 10,800/MT, up RMB 700/MT or 6.9% from last week. 
 

1.6 Prices of Lysine and Methionine Stabilized

This week, lysine and methionine market maintained stability, of which,
This week, 98.5% lysine prices averaged at RMB 6,700/MT, same as last week; the price of 70% lysine averaged at RMB 4,450/MT, stable with last week.
 
This week, solid methionine price recorded at RMB 19,600/MT, same as last week; the price of liquid methionine recorded at RMB 14,900/MT, stable with last week.
 

1.7 Vitamin A Prices Decreased Slightly, Prices of Vitamin E and Dicalcium Phosphate Stabilized

This week, domestic vitamin A prices recorded at RMB 315.0/Kg, down RMB 2.5/Kg from last week; the price of domestic vitamin E averaged RMB 48.5/Kg, stable with last week.
 
This week, dicalcium phosphate stabilized. Dicalcium phosphate prices in the producing and sales areas averaged at RMB 1,950/MT, same as last week.
 

1.8 Compound Feed Prices Stabilized, Costs Decreased, and Gross Profits Increased

This week, the prices of compound feed for fattening pigs, broilers and layers separately maintained at RMB 3,010/MT, RMB 3,140/MT and RMB 2,810/MT.
 
This week, due to the prices of soybean meal and corn decreased, the costs of feed for growing-finishing pigs, broilers and layers decreased. Feed costs for growing-finishing pigs, broilers and layers averaged at RMB 2,754/MT, 2,810/MT and 2,548/MT separately, down RMB 15/MT, 21/MT, 17/MT from last week.
 
The gross margins of compound feeds for growing-finishing pig, broiler and layer were respectively RMB 256/MT, 330/MT and 262/MT, up RMB 15/MT, 21/MT, 17/MT from last week, and gross margin rates were 8.5%, 10.5% and 9.3%, separately up 0.5, 0.7 and 0.6 percentage points from last week.
