l On November 13, Stora Enso (Guangxi) Forestry Co., Ltd. delivered the 1 millionth cubic meter of mechanically cut wood to Beihai Plant. Currently, Stora Enso leases 82,000 hectares of land in Guangxi, including 70,000 hectares of eucalyptus plantations, and owns 16 cutting machineries and 18 sets of supporting gathering machineries.
l On November 26, Guangxi Fenglin Group signed a contract with Fangchenggang City government to produce 500,000 m³ of super particleboard annually. The project is located in Jiulong Lake Ecological Science & Technology Industrial Park, Fangcheng District, with a total investment of 700 million yuan.
l On November 29, Xinminzhou Lingang Industrial Park signed 8 projects, including the solid wood floor production project of Yongtai Wood, the wood structure production project of Mind Wood, the international timber trading center project of Shanghai Fenghuashan Industries, the high-end musical instrument soundboard production project of Canya Wood Industry, solid wood furniture and veneer board project of Baisheng Wood, biomass fuel production project of Tongchuang New Energy, ecological board production project of Shanshui Wood and high-end furniture panel production project of Baiyuan Wood.
l On December 2, Zhejiang Jingxing Paper issued a pre-plan for the public issuance of convertible bonds, planning to raise no more than 1.28 billion yuan to invest in a new pulp paper project in Malaysia. With 2 years construction period and total investment of 299.4 million USD, the project will mainly import waste paper from the United States to produce waste pulp board and packaging raw paper, reaching an annual output of 800,000 tons of waste pulp board and 600,000 tons of packaging raw paper.
