Price of Vegetables in August

The price of four vegetables was 1.63, 3.20, 6.38 and 3.15 yuan/kg respectively. The price of Chinese cabbage was up 4.07% MOM, the price of celery was up 12.18% MOM, the price of spinach was up 24.92% MOM, the price of cole was up 8.01% MOM. The price of Chinese cabbage was down 7.06% YOY, the price of celery was up 19.40% YOY, the price of spinach was down 1.44% YOY, the price of cole was down 10.93% YOY.
 
The average price of tomato, strings bean, cucumber, eggplant and pepper was 2.84 yuan/kg, up 1.08% MOM, and up 4.81% YOY. The price of the five vegetables was 2.38, 3.92, 2.50, 2.31 and 3.08 yuan/kg respectively. The price of tomato was up 0.75% MOM, the price of strings bean was up 3.04% MOM, the price of cucumber was up 0.55% MOM, the price of eggplant was down 2.68% MOM, the price of pepper was up 2.27% MOM. The price of tomato was down 16.66% YOY, the price of strings bean was up 6.34% YOY, the price of cucumber was down 9.03% YOY, the price of eggplant was up 7.25%YOY, the price of pepper was up 46.90% YOY.
