Raw Milk Prices Being Steady

Designated monitoring results from the General Services of Animal Husbandry of MOA indicate milk price was steady during the first three weeks of October, 2012. The average raw milk price of the ten main farming provinces stood at 3.303 yuan/kg, up 2.75% year on year or 0.81% higher from the previous week. Raw milk price performed better than corn or soymeal and dairy farming profit started to improve.
