GROWMARK System in Top 10 of Cooperatives

The GROWMARK System of cooperatives, headquartered in Bloomington, Ill., was ranked in the top 10 on two national rankings of cooperative businesses.

This year, GROWMARK ranked fifth on the NCB Co-op 100 listing of the nation's 100 highest revenue-earning cooperatives across all economic sectors. GROWMARK was ranked seventh on the 2011 list. The complete NCB Co-op 100 report is available at www.ncb.coop. Cooperatives in this year's top 100 account for a combined revenue of more than $216 billion in 2011.

GROWMARK was also ranked fourth on the USDA list of the 100 largest agricultural cooperatives in the United States, a ranking which was also achieved in 2011. The cooperatives on this list combined for a total sales revenue of $148 billion.

GROWMARK is a regional cooperative providing agriculture-related products and services, as well as grain marketing in 31 states and Ontario, Canada.
