SGS acquire Dutch firm Ware Care Group
By CnAgri Print SGS announced the acquisition of the Ware Care Group in Beuningen, The Netherlands.Ware Care is a leading provider of Integrated Pest Management services (IPM) and fumigation services. Its service offering includes hygiene inspection, risk assessment, monitoring and pest management programs as well as fumigation, along with other services as required by their customers. It operates mainly along the food supply chain and counts on a very broad client base.
Founded in 1992 and privately owned, Ware Care employs 29 specialists and is expected to generate 2012 Revenues in excess of Euro 3.2 million.
