Potato late blight occured seriously in North China

Due to substantial rainfalls in major producing areas, potato late blight occured seriously in North China and the Northwest, even may outbreak in local areas. Total occurrence areas are expected to be 1m hectares, and the peak time would be from early August to middle and late August.
