MBI Files Registration Statement For Proposed Initial Public Offering
By CnAgri Print Marrone Bio Innovations, Inc. (MBI) announced that it has filed a registration statement of the form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be sold and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.Jefferies LLC and Piper Jaffray & Co. will act as lead joint book-running managers for the offering, and Stifel, Nicolaus & Company and Roth Capital Partners will act as co-managers for the offering.
A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission but has not yet become effective. These securities may not be sold nor may offers to buy be accepted prior to the time the registration statement becomes effective.
