(1) Q3 raw milk trading reference price in Hebei is conspicuously higher if compared year on year or quarter by quarter.
Q3 raw milk trading reference price in Hebei in 2020 is 4.00yuan/kg, with minimum price of 3.72yuan/kg, promoting better pay for better quality. if compared year on year or quarter by quarter, Q3 raw milk trading reference price and the minimum price are obviously higher than before.
When compared year on year, Q3 raw milk trading reference price in Hebei in 2019 was 3.84 yuan/kg, with minimum price of 3.56 yuan/kg, bother Q3 reference price and minimum price  in 2020 are higher by 0.16 yuan/kg.

For the proceeding four quarters, Heilongjiang observed the following as raw milk trading reference price: standard price of 3.65 yuan/kg and minimum price of 3.4 yuan/kg.
