1.29% increase of White Granulated Sugar from December

The overall trend of spot price for sugar increased. The average spot price for white granulated sugar was 5,450.26 yuan/ton in January, up 1.29% from the 5,380.61 yuan/ton in December , or 9.94% lower than the 6,051.83 yuan/ton in same period last year. The spot price had been 5,260 yuan/ton in Nanning till January 29^th, up 50 yuan/ton than December  flatting compared with the same period of last year.
