Certificate required for lower wood export tax in Russia

Currently 3350 enterprises in Russia has got the certificate required for preferential wood export tax, those who don’t have the certificate shall be charged high tax of 80%. The 3350 enterprises have the right to apply low tax certificate regarding camphor pine and white pine export.
