The Ministry of Health Approves to Use 5 Food Additives

Recently, the Ministry of Health issued that 5 kinds of new food additive varieties are approved, at the same time, 13 kinds of food additives, 5 kinds of food processing aids and 8 kinds of food nutrition enhancers are approved to expand range of application and dosage.
Through examination, 5 kinds of food additive new varieties are approved including trisodium monohydrogen diphosphate, nitrous oxide, lactase, calcium citrate (tricalcium), and dextran enzyme. In addition, the Ministry of Health also approved 13 kinds of food additives including calcium lactate, 5 kinds of food processing aids including white oil (liquid paraffin) and 8 kinds of food nutrition enhancers including iron to expand range of application and dosage, supplemented quality specifications on approved food additive glucose acid - lactone, added the raw material source of food enzyme preparation protease.
