Fertilizer Raw Material Production in October

Synthetic ammonium and phosphorite productions registered 4.631 million MT and 8.461 million MT respectively in October, 3.1% and 1.9% more than the month before respectively, 9.6% and 14.8% more than the same period of last year respectively. Synthetic ammonium production totaled 45.15 million MT in January ~ October and phosphorite production 77.25 million MT, exceeding the same period of last year by 7% and 18% respectively.The productions of sulfuric acid, sulfur and pyrite recorded 6.082 million MT, 390,000 MT and 1.358 million MT respectively in October, down 3.8%, up 3.6% and up 3.3% respectively on the year-on-year basis. Sulfuric acid, sulfur and pyrite productions recorded 62.14 million MT, 3.79 million MT and 12.89 million MT respectively in January ~ October, 3.9%, 13.2% and 2.9% more than the same period of last year respectively.
