Huiyuan Juice Planed to Acquire the Upstream Suppliers with 3.9 billion Yuan

(hereinafter referred to as "Huiyuan Holdings") indirectly wholly-owned by its president Zhu Xinli with a total consideration of approximately HK $ 4.9 billion (about 3.9 billion Yuan).

Zhu Xinli said that, this acquisition would create vertically integrated business model for Huiyuan Juice, to ensure the long-term supply of key raw materials, and generate synergistic effect so as to enhance its core competitiveness and further enhance the brand strength, significantly reduce connected transaction.
