Wheaten Food Production in June

Fast-frozen wheaten and rice food production was 448,100 MT in June and 2.599 million MT in January ~ June, 9.34% and 16.48% more than the same period of last year respectively.
 
BOABC estimates that biscuit and cake productions were 610,000 MT and 166,000 MT respectively in June.
 
Flour consumption for wheaten food production was estimated to be 1.252 million MT in June and 7.209 million MT in January ~ June, 15.77% and 21.2% more than the same period of last year respectively.
 
Flour consumption for wheaten food production accounted for 10.84% of medium and large flourmills’ production in June and 11.49% in January ~ June.
 
Rice consumption for rice food production was 161,600 MT in June and 949,900 MT in January ~ June, 27.27% and 38.16% more than the same period of last year respectively.
