Government to Step Up Stale Grain Control
By CnAgri2013-08-09 11:13:31 Print The State Council plans to revise Grain Distribution Regulations to intensify control over stale grains.Grain quality checking system should be established before grains are released from grain depots. Stale grains and deteriorated grains are prohibited to be sold to the grain market.
Regarding the speculation of stale grains or illegal use of stale grains, the business administrative department will confiscate the stale grains, charge fines and investigate the persons concerned for criminal responsibility.
