DAP Market Showed Signs of Warming Up

Though distributors and wholesalers in downstream still have no tendency of winter reserve, the arrivals in NE and NW and stocks in large agents and traders have reached the same level of last year. It has been a foregone conclusion of oversupply this winter and next spring. Nevertheless, several months’ low price has pulled DAP market to the bottom, but the price shall recover slowly with cost increase of sulfur and synthetic ammonia. Meanwhile, DAP market also showed signs of warming up. In December, dealers in NE will accelerate stocking before heavy snow and busy railway transportation, which to some extent boosts manufacturers’ confidence in delivery and supports DAP price to stabilize.
