Flavoring Products Towards Medium and High-end

In 2013, with consumption upgrading, flavoring industry tends to develop high-end products, the market capacity of which has continued expanding and market share improves further more.   

In 2009-2012, average growth rate of total slaes revenue of flavoring and fermenting products industry. The slaes revenue(large-sized enterprises) totaled 205.877 billion yuan in 2012 and 70.744 billion yuan in Jan.-April 2013, up 15.96% and 13.6% respectively on year-on-year basis. With further deepening of industry consolidation, China flavoring industry is expected to accelerate further more. Based on the broad developing space, high degree of awareness and acceptance of consumers and rapid industry growth rate, China flavoring industry is in a new growth period. In coming several years, developing direction of China flavoring products will be diversification, convenience and nutrition and health.
