The Professional Dairy Producers of Wisconsin is holding a three-day forum this winter for dairy managers, industry directors, processors, marketers and distributors who want to grow their business executive skills.

The Managers Academy is being held January 15-17 in New Orleans, where attendees will have the opportunity to participate in two days of in-class sessions and a full day of executive-level tours that will give them the tools to help sustain their business.

"Managers Academy is the place to be to identify and capitalize on those opportunities," said PDPW Director Shelly Mayer. "You will return to your business refreshed, stimulated and empowered to make more effective short- and long-term decisions for the viability and advancement of your business."

This year, business coaches Dr. Allan Gray, Director for the Center for Food and Agricultural Business, Purdue University' and Mike Scott, a former human resources manager, will help you learn how to use what is already at your disposal and discover the keys to improving strategic decision-making under uncertainty.

The cost of the conference is $700.00 for PDPW members and $875 for non-members. For more information, call 800-947-7379 or goto: www.pdpw.org.
