Dairy Production Stood at 15.5 Million Tons in First 7 Months, up 7.4%

In July, dairy production totaled 2.32 million tons, up 9% YoY, of which liquid dairy products 2.17 million tons, up 9.5%; milk powder 86.9 thousand tons, up 9.7%.
Dairy production totaled 15.51 million tons in the first seven months of 2019, up 7.4% YoY. Among the total production, production of liquid dairy products was  14.44 million tons, up 7.6%. And production of milk powder was 635  thousand tons, up 6.4%.
Hebei, Inner Mongolia and Shandong are the top three dairy products producing regions in China, with a total output of 5.08 million tons in the first seven months of 2019, accounting for one third of the total output.
