Pig prices in September

The average price of hog was 27.72 yuan/kg nationwide, increasing by 22.19% month on month and increasing by 93.22% year on year. Piglet prices were 53.32 yuan/kg, increasing by 17.43% month on month and increasing by 108.09% year on year. Wholesale prices were 36.55 yuan/kg, increasing by 20.04% month on month and increasing by 83.96% year on year respectively.
The prices of compound feed for fattening pigs were 3.05 yuan/kg, increasing by 0.99% month on month respectively， increasing by 1.22% year on year respectively.
