Heilongjiang Reference Price for Raw Milk Keeps Steady

Heilongjiang decides the reference price for raw milk in Q1 2020 is 3.65 yuan/kg, and the bottom level is 3.4 yuan/kg.
Both the reference level and bottom level for raw milk price in Q3 2019 in the province rose substantially, and remained stable in the following three quarters.
According to insiders, processing companies have a better control over milk. The reference price keeps steady even there is “shortage of milk”, the skyrocketing of price in 2013 is not seen again.
