3.1 Lanrun Group will invest 2.5 billion yuan to build a 500,000 pigs farming and deep processing project in Sichuan

On May 6, 2019, Lanrun Group signed an investment agreement on building a 500,000 pigs farming and deep processing project in Wanyuan, Sichuan. In the next four years, Lanrun Group will invest 2.5 billion yuan to build a pig farming and deep prpcessing project which is the largest agricultural project in Wanyuan city, Sichuan province in recent years.
According to the agreement, Lanrun Group will build a pig farming zone with inventory of 30,000 breeding pigs and 500,000 pigs, a organic fertilizer plant, a feed processing factory with annual production of 300,000 tons, a logistics transportation supporting system with storage of 30000 tons and daily transportation volume of 500 tons, and a processing zone of pig slaughtering and processing, cold chain storage, and cooked food processing with annual processing capacity of 1 million pigs and 30,000 tons of meat products.
 

3.2 CP Group’s planting-farming project of 500,000 pigs was located in Hunan.

Recently, CP Group held a groundbreaking ceremony for its planting-farming ecological cycle demonstration park project of 500,000 pigs in Jiashan town, Shimen county, Changde city, Hunan province.  
The construction of the project in this phase includes a farm of 6000 breeding pigs and 16 fattening farms with inventory of 5600 pigs, and the annual production of hogs will reach 180,000 heads. Manure produced in hog farming will be used as resources after centralized processing, fermentation, and decomposition. The project annually produces 90,000 tons of manure, which will be used in the planting of 10,000 mu citrus and can annually decrease fertilizer consumption by 15000 tons.
 
 

3.3Jiangsu: the inventory of hogs and reproductive sows decreased by 22% and 20% year-on-year respectively, and the number of poultry fell by 0.9% from the year earlier at the end of March.

According to data from the department of statistics, the inventory of hogs and reproductive sows were 11.313 million heads and 978,000 heads at the end of March, decreasing by 22% and 20% year-on-year respectively. In the first quarter of 2019, the total production of commercial pigs was 6.657 million heads, a year-on-year decline of 8.5%. At the end of March, the inventory of poultry was 246 million birds, a year-on-year decrease of 0.9%, and the number of chicken was 226 million, down 0.3% from the year before. In the first quarter of 2019, the production of poultry totaled 124 million birds in Jiangsu province, down 2.8% year-on-year.
 

3.4 HUAYING GROUP achieved a net profit of 18.44 million yuan in the first quarter, a year-on-year growth of 46%.

In the first quarter of 2019, HUAYING GROUP achieved operating revenue of 1.185 billion yuan, a year-on-year growth of 3.38%, and a net profit of 18.4367 million yuan, up 45.91% from the year before.
