Domestic and international comprehensive price index of grain future price increased greatly (20120629-20120705)

Both domestic and international Comprehensive price index of grain future price increased greatly due to unfavorable weather condition and USD depression. From medium-and-long-term, international grain comprehensive price index will remain at a higher level.

Domestic grain comprehensive price index declined slightly compared with previous week, due to continuously report on Wheat and other summer grain increase production. With good weather condition, Yellow Sea region and NE region might increase the production, domestic grain comprehensive price index shall fall back. Meanwhile, higher level of domestic price and gloomy consumption will also suppress domestic price level. Decrease of catering industry actual consumption year on year depressed domestic demand.
