Edible Fungi Enterprises have been Built by 2011 in China

652 edible fungi enterprises have been established by 2011, 47% more compared with 2010. Among which, 23 enterprises have the daily production capacity of more than 20 ton, scattering in Beijing, Shanghai, Liaoning, Gansu, Guangdong, Sichan, Fujian and Jiangxi. Annual output of factorized production reaches to more than 1 million ton, including needle mushroom, Xingbao mushroom, Bailing Mushroom, Xiewei Mushroom, and Baiyu Mushroom.
