The Dairy Cattle Elite Breed Germ Plasm Innovation and Genetic Improvement Platform is jointly set up by Jinan Animal Husbandry Technology Extension Station and Shandong Orcs Biotechnology Co., Ltd. The project occupies 130 mu of land, construction area is over 8000 square meters, bull inventory 300, annual supply of quality dairy cattle frozen semen 2 million straws, gender-controlled frozen semen 50,000 straws, annual improvement of dairy cattle over 1 million heads and the direct economic profit shall be 2 billion yuan. The total budget shall be 50 million yuan and investment in the first phase shall be 10 million yuan.
