Quanjude Moon Cake is Expected to Increase 20% This Year

There are two months from the Mid-Autumn Festival, and the moon cake production of Quanjude Imperial Foods Company located in Tongzhou Food Industrial Park has been already in full swing. Quanjude, Imperial brand moon cakes and FengzeYuan, Sichuan Hotel moon cakes favored by Beijingers, and the moon cakes of over 30 star-level hotels subordinate to Beijing Tourism Group, will come to people’s tables all from here.

According to the introduction of Zhang Zhan - the deputy general manager of the company, in this year, along with the application of new fully automated moon cake production lines and the completion of moon cake shop transformation, moon cake production will be further enhanced in scale and specialization. The total moon cake output of this year is expected to reach 1 million boxes, up 20% over the same period last year.
