50% Equity Stake of Beijing Jianlibao Was Transfer-listed

50% equity stake of Beijing Jianlibao Beverage Associated Company was listed on the transfer in Beijing Equity Exchange a few days ago, with the price of 75 million Yuan, the listing expires on August 21, 2012. As the transferor, Huatang Integrated Service Development Center limits the business license scope of qualified transferee should include the production and marketing of the beverage industry.

According to the information of Exchange, Beijing Jianlibao Beverage Associated Company was established on March 10, 1992, with the registered capital of 20 million Yuan. Huatang Integrated Service Development Center and the Guangdong Jianlibao Group Co., Ltd. respectively hold 50% of shares, and the operating scope is the manufacture of Jianlibao series drinks.

The person in charge of the exchange institution of this listed project - Chen Chunlei said to the reporter that, he didn't know the specific reasons for transferring Huatang Integrated Service Development Center, and the information on the transferee could only be known until the listing expires.
However, the industrial insiders speculated that, the reason for Huatang Integrated Service Development Center to abandon 50% equity stake of Beijing Jianlibao Beverage Associated Company may be performance problems. Financial data show that in 2011, the target company had no operating income, and the net profit loss was 839,900 Yuan; as of June 30 in this year, the target company had not operating income yet, and the net profit was 1.0122 million Yuan.
