Feed Production Permit Conditions

The Ministry of Agriculture issued a notice on October 22, stating that Requirements for Feed Producers and Requirements for Mixed Feed Additive Producers are to be effective on December 1, 2012.

    By the Requirements for Feed Producers, if a feed mill produces any kind of the following feed like compound premixed feed, trace element premixed feed, infant livestock feed, breeding-stock feed, young fish feed, pet feed, etc., the mill must have a designed capacity of no less than 2.5 MT/hour.

    By the Requirements for Mixed Feed Additive Producers, a mixed feed additive producer must have a designed capacity of no less than 1 MT/hour.
