Executive preplan of Keng rice minimum purchasing price has been started in Hefei and Anqing, Anhui and they have set 36 purchasing stocks. According to the preplan, 2012 GB3rd keng rice is standard rice and minimum purchasing price is RMB2.8/Kg, price difference between contiguous rice rank is RMB0.04/Kg. The executive deadline is Dec. 31th.
 
Autumn grain purchasing has been started in main production areas recently. Prices of several species dropped seasonally. To protect interests of farmers, minimum purchasing price and temporary storage policy has been started in Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang and Anhui.
 
Mid-late season indica rice purchasing. According to statistics, by 25th Nov., total volume of 2012 middle-late season indica rice purchased by grain enterprises in 14 main producing areas (including Hubei, Anhui, etc.) was12.665 million MT, decreasing 303000MT compared with last term.
 
Keng rice purchasing. According to statistics, grain enterprises in 6 main producing areas like Heilongjiang and Jiangsu purchased 5.588million MT 2012 keng rice by Nov 25, increasing 1.082million MT compared with last year.
 
Corn purchasing. According to statistics, grain enterprises in 11 main producing areas like Heilongjiang and Shandong purchased 12.176million MT 2012 corn by Nov 25, increasing 1.516million MT compared with last year.
 
Soybean purchasing. According to statistics, grain enterprises in 5 main producing areas like Heilongjiang and Jilin purchased 480,000 MT 2012 soybeans by Nov. 25, decreasing 323,000million MT compared with last year.
 
The total volume of paddy purchased by grain enterprises in 2012 is 21.44million MT by now. Total purchasing volume of autumn grain is 18.253million MT and purchasing volume of all grain is 84.653million MT.
