Pesticide Investment Increase Slowed Down
By CnAgri2013-02-05 10:52:47 Print In the first 11 months of 2012, industry investment hit 32.26b Yuan, up 18.2%, including 19.32b Yuan in chemical pesticide industry, up 19.1%, and 12.93b Yuan in bio-pesticide industry, up 16.8%. The increase was lower than that in the earlier time, which would be over 20%, suggested that the increase in industry investment has slowed down. The proportion of bio-pesticide investment was 40.1%, down 0.5% over same time last year.Average investment amount per project was 64.00m Yuan, up 30.1%, and it was 60.58m Yuan in chemical pesticide, up 33.6% and 69.91m Yuan in bio-pesticide, up 24.4% over last year.
With the slowing down of investment increase, the project also saw a decline than last year. So far as the end of November, there were 504 projects under construction, down by 9.2%, including 338 newly started projects, down by 9.1%, and 262 has finished construction, down by 5.1% over last year.
