DAP Sales to Increase With Demand Recovery

To deal with fierce competition timely and flexibly, manufacturers established joint-stocking model with dealers as well as build warehouses to make self-storage. Basic dealers are mostly waiting and seeing. DAP price has declined and price difference with NPK narrows. Sales quantities are expected to increase in autumn. Demand from India is expected to recover in August and September influenced by good monsoon and stable Rupee trend. But the market demand from India will decline to around 4.5 million MT this year influenced by the stocks and sales condition. Therefore, export condition is still not positive. With recovery of both domestic and international demand, DAP sales are predicted to increase later. But the stability of price still relies on raw material market and demand. (Figure 3)
