According to the monitoring of Mr. Ma, by April 2014, unit production of wheat down 0.37% compared with last year, and the price up 10.41% compared with last year. The production decreased so that the domestic price increased.
 
As for production cost, from August 2012 to July 2013, the average price of domestic fertilizer down 1.84%; the planting price and fee changed with wheat price; taken together, wheat planting fee saw some degree decline.
 
As for wheat planting, in 2013 the total production value of wheat planting enterprises was 339.6 billion Yuan, up 9.54% compared with last year. The planting total gross profit of farmers was 16.2 billion Yuan up 109.6% compared with last year. The rise of planting profit had an important function to the stability of wheat production in 2014.
