2.50 Million Tons Milk Material Stock in April
By CnAgri2016-06-06 11:09:28 Print China produced 38.5 million tons cow milk in 2016, the stock in the beginning of the year was 3.09 million tons; the total demand for milk source was about 45.71 million tons. The raw material powder import was equivalent to 5.31 million tons of raw milk in 2016, the stock of raw milk at the end of 2016 was 1.19 million tons, still at a high level, processing companies shall work hard to deplete their stock in the first half of 2016.Cow lactation rose in April, processing companies were still at the stock thinning period and there was a slight growth of raw milk demand. It is estimated raw milk production in China should be 3.26 million tons in April, milk source import should be over 0.32 million tons, the total demand is about 3.72 million tons, hence the raw milk stock should be around 2.5 million tons.
