In terms of temperature, the average temperatures will be 1～2℃ higher in the Northeast. In rest parts of China, the average temperatures will be lower than or close to those in the same period in regular year. In the Northwest, central and western area of the south of the Yangtze River, and eastern Southwest China, eastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, the average temperatures will be 2～3℃ lower than those in the same period in regular year. On the whole, meteorological condition is good for agricultural production.
