As for different provinces: Inner Mongolia planned to sale 111,594 tons the actual transaction was 9550 tons and the transaction rate was 8.56%, among that, in 2010 it planned to sale 51,203 tons, the actual transaction was 338 tons and the transaction rate was 0.66%, and the transaction price was 3920 Yuan / ton. In 2011 it planned to sale 60,391 tons of soybean, but the actual transaction was 9,212 tons and the transaction rate was 15.25% and the average transaction price was 3,995 Yuan/ ton. Heilongjiang planned to sale 242,769 tons of soybean, and the actual transaction was 86,016 tons the transaction rate was 35.43%, the highest, lowest and the average transaction price were respectively 4270 Yuan/ ton, 3970 Yuan/ ton, and 4089 Yuan/ ton.
