Fertilizer Industry Analysis in June

1.1 Anthracite Price Stabilized, Urea Price Fell and the profit of Urea Production Fell

The average price of Shanxi Jincheng’s anthracite (Q:7000) was 1090RMB/MT in June, the same as last month .Ex-factory prices of urea companies averaged at 1901RMB/MT, RMB 26/MT less than last month. Urea companies in Shanxi had a profit of RMB 26/MT on average.

1.2 Sulfur Price Fell, Ammonia Price Fell, The profit of producer profits increased

Phosphate rock (30%) FOT price averaged at 418 RMB/MT in June, 6 RMB /MT less than last month. Solid sulfur price averaged at 906 RMB/MT, 6 RMB /MT less than last month. Ammonia price averaged at 3,025 RMB/MT, 62 RMB MT less than last month.
MAP ex-factory price averaged at 2,065 RMB/MT, 4 RMB/MT less than last month; Production had a profit of 158 RMB/MT on average. DAP (64%) ex-factory price averaged at 2,600 RMB/MT, the same as last month, Production had a profit of 210 RMB/MT on average.
 
 

1.3 Domestic Potash Prices Stabilized ,Russian Potash Price Fell and NPK Prices Stabilized

(1) Domestic Potash Prices Stabilized and Russian Potash Price Fell
The price of Salt Lake’s MOP (60%, crystal) arrival into the factory was 2,350 RMB/MT (included a VAT of 10%), the same as last month. The prices of imported Russian Red Potash in the ports reached 2,150 RMB/MT , 30 RMB/MT less than last month, The prices of imported Russian White Potash in the ports reached 2,300 RMB/MT, 50 RMB/MT less than last month.
 
the average price of Mannheim 50% powdery SOP was 3100 RMB/MT, the average price of Mannheim 52% granulated SOP was 3,200RMB/MT,the same as last month.
