Grain auction from July 9th to July 13th in China

In grain auction from July 9th to July 13th, the state put a total of 3.0081 million MT grains into the market, with turnover quantity of 24,500 MT and total turnover rate of 0.81%.

Of which on 12th Jul, 8,900 MT paddy was put in, with turnover quantity of 6,700 MT and turnover rate of 75.82% at average price of RMB1986Yuan/MT.

On 11th July, 2.9992million MT for-flour-wheat was put for auction with turnover quantity of 17,800MT and turnover rate of 0.59% at average transaction price of RMB2078Yuan/MT. Launch of minimum purchasing price policy in south China and increase of international market price made the turnover rate rebound a little.

By details: For Henan market, 2.63330million MT was put in with turnover quantity of 14,300MT and turnover rate of 0.54%. For Anhui market, 0.3659million MT was put in with turnover quantity of 3,500 MT and turnover rate of 0.96%.

Besides, 0.3944million MT soybean of 2008 of national temporary reserve, including soybeans from NE and soybeans delivered from production areas, with turnover quantity of 390,100MT and turnover rate of 98.90% at average price of RMB4003/MT. Total sales of national temporary reserved soybean till now was 1.14521million MT. International soybean market price increase moved up turnover rate.

There was no transaction regarding corn.
