Average wholesale price of DDGS in main production areas in China

On Aug 22, 2012, the average wholesale price of DDGS in main production areas is RMB2443Yuan/MT, up 0.36% compared with last week. With imported DDGS price’s rapid increase, feed enterprises were turning to domestic DDGS for procurement, domestic DDGS’s supply is kind of limited. Current operation rate of domestic alcohol enterprises was below 50%, which shall not see any increase until new corn come to market, seasonal DDGS price rally shall be noted with the arrival of new corn, before that DDGS price is more likely to increase than decrease.
