Prices of Ginger and Garlic Started to Increase
By CnAgri2012-12-12 10:43:07 Print According to the prices monitoring system of News Agency China agricultural products and materials, the prices of ginger and garlic indicated upward trend from the end of October. In comparison with the prices on October 31st , the prices of Garlic and Ginger in November 19th increased by 1.8% and 3.4% respectively. In terms of regions, garlic prices have increased in 70% of the provinces. The increase in Jilin, Sichuan and Shanghai ranks the top three, which are 8.6%, 7.7% and 6.4% respectively. Ginger prices have increased in 80% of the provinces. The increase in Hainan, Fujian and Shandong ranks the top three, which are 18.8%, 12.3% and 11.7% respectively.From “China Fruit &Vegetable Market Monthly Report”
