With reference to slaughtering, the gross profit was about RMB0.70/KG, up 1.21% compared with last week. With reference to fresh chicken meat wholesale, the gross profit was about RMB2.06/KG, up 11.71% compared with last week. With reference to fresh chicken meat retail, the gross profit was about RMB3.00/KG, down 0.99% compared with last week.




Profit on Layer Breeding Industry Chain: During the past week, rate between egg price and corn price was 3.56 and rate between egg price and feed price was 2.80. The profit detail on layer breeding industry was as following: With reference to layer breeding, the gross profit from whole breeding, including the income from rejected layers and layer manure was about RMB18.00Yuan each, down 0.39% compared with last week. Gross profit of egg was about RMB1.00/KG, the same with last week. With reference to egg wholesale, the gross profit was about RMB0.21/KG, down 8.69/KG compared with last week. With reference to egg retail, the gross profit was about RMB1.38/KG, up 2.22% compared with last week.
