Price of Vegetables in May

The price of four vegetables was 1.64, 2.58, 2.69 and 2.35 yuan/kg respectively. The price of Chinese cabbage was down 20.99% MOM, the price of celery was up 5.56% MOM, the price of spinach was down 17.09% MOM, the price of cole was down 25.42% MOM. The price of Chinese cabbage was down 9.74% YOY, the price of celery was down 27.96% YOY, the price of spinach was down 0.35% YOY, the price of cole was up 7.72% YOY.
 
The average price of tomato, strings bean, cucumber, eggplant and pepper was 4.00 yuan/kg, down 30.00% MOM, and up 20.71% YOY. The price of the five vegetables was 3.35, 6.24, 2.33, 3.93 and 4.14 yuan/kg respectively. The price of tomato was down 25.35% MOM, the price of strings bean was down 20.92% MOM, the price of cucumber was down 37.49% MOM, the price of eggplant was down 27.42% MOM, the price of pepper was down 39.24% MOM. The price of tomato was down 14.63% YOY, the price of strings bean was up 5.45% YOY, the price of cucumber was down 6.34% YOY, the price of eggplant was down 3.77%YOY, the price of pepper was down 14.60% YOY.
